Shipping policy

For Items That Are Shipped, see below, for items that are delivered locally the policy is as specified in the local delivery methods stated when ordering of the products.

Shipping - UK.

All UK orders are sent out using DPD or Royal Mail delivery service.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

 

Shipping - Overseas.

We ship our products all over the world.

Your order will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked, this can in some cases take up to 30 days or DHL express service which can take up to 7 days, your preferred option can be selected at the checkout.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

 

EU Delivery 

 

We are still shipping to our EU customers. Since January 1st we are no longer charging VAT on EU deliveries but our customers are likely to be charged import duties and local tax on delivery. 

 

We are currently working with our delivery companies to find a simpler solution and hopefully offer our customers the chance to pay all charges at the time of purchase.

 

How will you ship my products?

We use DPD or Royal Mail to ship within the UK.

For overseas orders, we use Royal Mail or DHL express.

Orders the are in stock are generally shipped the next working day.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Our policies always aim to make you happy, when you are happy, then we are.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them for a refund or exchange by filling in the paperwork that arrived with your order and sending them back to us.

To return your product just package it and send it back to us, please use a post office and make sure you obtain proof of postage.

Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Some small print: Your need to be returned with all labels attached within 30 days, for any apparel items, these should be unworn aside from trying on, which is pretty standard stuff.

Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
